It's challenging being down to one vehicle after over 40 years but we're adjusting. We both had pre-scheduled medical appointments at 9:00 this a.m., one of which we had to change. We'll adjust. Jerome was most helpful and patient with us during the selling/buying process and we would have no hesitation in rating his assistance as "excellent." As I had once sold cars myself I was ready for a long night, where I would be hounded to buy the extras, fight about the value of my trade in and fight over price, even though I came in with the USAA pricing.I was very happy to know I was completely wrong.Tim was very polite, and helpful, as was the Finance manager.Each one only once mentioned extras that were available to us. When we declined, they didn't push the issue.We were not fought on our trade in, we came in expecting a price and we received it. My experience at Moss Bros. in Moreno Valley was typical from what I've come to expect. This is my second vehicle purchase from this Dodge dealer. I've looked at vehicles for a while now and when I come to this dealer I'm not slammed with a ton of circling sharks in the gazebo waiting for the first drop of blood to hit the water and move in for the kill. Before deciding on the Grand Caravan, my wife and I had looked over the competition at the LA Auto Show. To my surprise the Minivan market has shrunk drastically with Ford and Chevy dropping out in favor of crossovers. So we looked at the Nissan, Toyota, Mazda, and Honda vans. All which had less power than the Dodge and were quite overpriced! So with all the research done the choice was clear that the Dodge Grand Caravan would be the one to get only question being which one? They range from the cheap no options/lame colors on the lot AVP model all the way up to the R/T. So utilizing the Dodge.com website and the build my own I was able to find the options I could afford. I took my findings to the dealer and they found the van I wanted in minutes, the key selling point being the Copperhead pearl paint and the nice but not overly costly options of the SXT. They paid off my trade and gave me the best APR I've heard since doing said research which was great, not even my own credit union was willing to help pre-approve me and find me a good rate! The van was cleaned and gassed up as promised and ready to deliver on time which was quite impressive. The paper work was so quick and to the point that even my 4 year old son was able to sit through it and not be bored. So in all the deal was quick and about what I wanted, Dave, Richard, and Doug made it simple and as promised in a timely manner, which as I said is what I've come to expect from this awesome Dodge dealer!

The Grand Cherokee we purchased yesterday is the fourth vehicle we have purchased from your dealership in the last two years. 3 Jeeps and 1 Dodge truck. We have been very happy with these vehicles and I have to say that my Wrangler is the funest four wheeled vehicle I've ever owned.But, you guys are not the only Jeep dealer around and certainly not the closest for us. Since retiring from the Air Force in 1992, I have bought 6 new vehicles from various dealerships, and my experience with Moss Bros. Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Moreno Valley was by far the best experience I have had. I want to mention that I've never filled out a survey on any customer service I have received in the past, good or bad. However, my visit to your dealership was superb. Thus, leading me to take the time to acknowledge the exceptional service I received. I received top notch, professional service. Your employees were experienced and willing to help. I can't express in enough words what excellent service I received. Ray in internet sales and Mike Nemer were available every time I called to answer any questions I may have had. When arriving at the dealership, I was greeted right away and the process of trading in my 2005 F150 for the new 2012 Jeep Wrangler unlimited went without incident. Everything went as planned. The general manger, Dave was also outstanding. I don't know who was happier on my new purchase, Dave or me. It was a great feeling to see someone as "pumped up" about my new purchase as myself. He did everything that was needed to make me happy. Finance also met all my expectations, Doug handled himself like a professional, along with everyone else that I met that day. Mike, in the retail store was also great! He will be getting a lot of business from me and everyone I recommend. Again, I give my thanks to a very professional crew. Honda: After 4 months of research based on selection, model, reliability and resale value of the vehicles in my price range, I was excited in the anticipation of buying a fully loaded Honda Accord from Moss Bros. in the Moreno Valley Auto Mall.I left their Honda dealer ecstatic about my purchase of a 2008 CTS (car of the year) with even more features for the same great price!It was worth the 192 mile round trip from San Diego. Having met Ade and Jason Moss they are truly my extended Family, not salesmen.The next day they proved their word on service AFTER the sale; the Service Manager, Ernie has already reached out and scheduled my complimentary first service appointment.

I recently leased a Pilot from Moss Bros. Honda. I had such a good experence that I came back 10 days later and got a Civic. They are both great cars and pretty much sell themselves. I could have went to any dealership to get my civic, what brought me back to Moss was true customer service and the respect a consumer deserves when spending their hard earned money. Chevy was amazing!Shane in the internet department was wonderful.I first made an internet inquiry about the Chevy Equinox with Moss.I was contacted several times from Maria in the interent department.She had wanted to set up an appointment with me to come in but I had just wanted to see some numbers over the phone. She gave me to her manager that would give me the information I needed.I gave him the price I was looking for and all the details I wanted.He said he would call me back, however, he did not.I even tried calling back twice for him.The next day when I called the internet department Shane was the one who helped me.He was outstanding and had great customer service skills.He understood exactly what I wanted and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want.He did amazing with the numbers on the car and also was able to find the exact car I wanted and had it delivered to his dealership.He was extremely helpful, personable, and provided all the information I needed.Whenever I am in need of another car I will be sure to call Shane.Thank you Moss!Even though the experience didn't start out well, Shane was able to save the day and regain my respect for the company.I love my car, Thank you Shane in the interent department!!

My purchasing experience at Moss Bros. was Awesome! It was very easy to deal with my salesman Al & the finance manager. This was the easiest car baying experience I have had. In the past with other Dealers, I have always felt like I was not my salesman's priority, but the sale was. Al was not that way at all. He got to know me and listened to everything I said and did everything he could do to make my wife & I happy & we are very happy with our purchase. We will buy our next car from Moss Bros & hopefully Al with still be there to sell us our next car.

VW: I had been shopping around for a couple of months at a handful of VW dealers; most of which hadn't returned my calls or even offered any semblance of good customer service. However, I got a hold of Joe and Breagan in the Internet Sales department and they offered so much patience, information and amazing customer service that I felt very comfortable taking my time shopping and asking questions. I finally purchased my Golf TDI from Joe who even offered to give me a ride home afterward when I had been dropped off by a co-worker at the dealer. The buying process was smooth and enjoyable and they made me feel like a very important customer.

We went to Moss Bros. after going to the Used Dealership row in Ontario on Holt and I had sent an e-mail to Monique with Internet sales and explained the situation we were in. She told me she felt that they could help. Banks were getting more lenient knowing the situation that most family's were in... Monique was very persistent calling me almost everyday for a week...So when I spoke to her on Saturday she then gave me to Barnabe who my parents had actually purchased a vehicle from him about 10 years ago when he was with Moss Bros. Ford and after talking with him my husband and I decided to come down... The purchase was really pretty much painless and I have been with several family members buying a cars and it normally takes 3 to 4 hours and I think we were there about 1 1/2 hrs... Barnabe was great he made you comfortable, we really weren't uneasy and I didn't even have to threaten to leave; we weren't pushed around. It was just OK!!!!

Upon my arrival to the dealership I was warmly greeted, escorted to the vehicle I had inquired about, given a test drive, and provide with all available information about my selected vehicle. Every step of the sales process was quick, very professional and I was treated with the utmost respect. From the first greeting to being handed the keys, everyone involved was top notch. The next afternoon, I was called by the sales staff (twice) to see if I had any general questions and asked how I was treated during the sale. The next call was by the man who sold me the vehicle inquiring if I had any concerns about the vehicle and if I had any questions regarding it's operation. Wow! 2011 RAM 1500 Moss Bros. Honda Moreno Valley
Although I came in probably like most of us to only "look" for a new vehicle, by the end of the day, I had successfully been able to acquire a beautiful new truck. I love not only Dodge but this particular dealership! This will be my third vehicle from this dealership and why do I always come back??? Well, because they always seem to make "it happen," even when you don't think it possibly can. I was very happy with my Durango, but I had put many miles on it... and with a move to Michigan happening in the very near future, I felt that safety was a major priority for my family. With the use of large rebates and what I could afford I was able to get my new truck. Now when I leave for Michigan I will be safe and sound and able to deal with my new home in lots of snow. Thank you to Hans, Abdul and Frank... They really do care and are a wonderful group of professionals. Frank even commented on the beautiful sunset and encouraged me and my 24 year old daughter while we were leaving... so word to the wise: Go check it out! See what you can drive away with (even if it seems like it could never happen... cause IT WILL) !

At Moss Bros. in Morena Valley, I purchased a brand new Jeep Patriot. This is why: I'm a first time buyer, so I am really nervous, the vehicle my wife and I chose was the Patriot. It just looks cool, what can I say? The first dealer we visited was sold out, the second was Escondido Jeep, the manager there was rude and actually became angry with us when we didn't accept his gracious offer of 8.9% APR/$300 monthly for 6 yrs. Yeah right! So my wife and I were a little down, I came home and started the search again. Using Jeep.com I built my 4x4, automatic 2011 Jeep Patriot. I put in my willing price range and came up with three matches. One back in Escondido (no way), 2 at Moss Bros. Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Moreno Valley. I just gritted my teeth and made an offer for one of the available Jeeps. The next morning, I get a phone call. I set up an appointment for two pm to see the internet "specialist", aka internet manager. We get there, and are led to the internet manager with no hassle. The internet manager was Jony Evangelista. This guy is awesome, we talk, we joke, he listens to my offers and tries to make the best deal possible for me. I highly, highly recommend this gentleman to anybody who doesnt want to be led in circles. Our transaction went so smooth we ended up with ( APR 5.9, 203 monthly pymts for six years), so sweet! Also, the Jeep was the perfect color, and had the interior we wanted, so yeah, if you're looking for a new car go to the wonderful people at Moss Bros. Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Moreno Valley.
