If you drive a 2021–2025 Jeep Wrangler or Jeep Gladiator, there is an important safety recall you should know about.
Jeep has announced a recall affecting certain Wrangler and Gladiator vehicles related to the electric hydraulic power steering system. In some affected vehicles, a wiring connection may overheat, which could increase the risk of a fire.
If your vehicle is included in the recall, you should receive an official letter from the manufacturer with more information. While owners wait for the repair to become available, affected vehicles should be parked outside and away from garages, buildings, carports, or other vehicles.

You will need your 17-digit VIN, which can usually be found on your driver’s side dashboard, inside the driver’s door jamb, on your registration, or on your insurance documents.
