As part of our commitment to our customers, we offer the Moss Rewards Program! These valuable rewards accumulate as you maintain your vehicle and can be redeemed on future service and repairs.
How Moss Bros. Rewards Works
It's Easy!
You'll automatically earn rewards on purchases made at the dealership - no action required. Rewards are added to your account within 72 hours (usually sooner) and can be used on future purchases.
How You Earn
- 5% back in General Use Rewards: redeemable anywhere in the store*.
- 5% back in Future Vehicle Purchase Rewards: redeemable toward the purchase of your next vehicle.
- All household members over the age of 18 are eligible to earn rewards. Rewards accrue at the household level based on the address on file.
Expiration
- Rewards remain active as long as you earn or redeem within a rolling 24-month period.
- Accounts with no qualifying activity for 24 months will automatically expire, and all accrued rewards will be forfeited.
Qualified Purchases
- Includes customer-pay vehicle services.
- Excludes body shop services and warranty repairs.
Tracking Your Rewards
- Rewards are tied to your household account.
- You can track your balance and activity online through your personalized rewards page using your unique PIN (provided via enrollment email).

Lifetime Oil & Filter Change Program
The Moss Bros. Lifetime Oil & Filter Change program is open to customers who purchased eligible vehicles from any Moss Bros. Auto Group dealership between January 1, 2013 and October 31, 2015 (the "Program Period"), and are automatically eligible for no cost lifetime oil & filter changes as long as you own your vehicle. Also eligible, are those who took a test drive of any new vehicle from any of our eight dealerships who purchased a new vehicle of the same make elsewhere within 7 days during the program period.
