Through a three-pronged approach of giving, service and volunteerism, we proudly partner with organizations that are creating lasting change in our community.
Community Leadership and Service
Meaningful community involvement requires more than financial support. It also requires active leadership, personal service and long-term relationships. Moss Bros. leadership serves on local boards, advisory councils and civic committees that help shape the future of the Inland Empire. This involvement includes service with the Moreno Valley Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, March Field Air Museum Board of Directors, The Salvation Army Advisory Council, March Air Reserve Base Restoration Advisory Board and Moreno Valley College President's Advisory Council.
Additional participation includes the Moreno Valley Military Affairs Committee, Veterans Day Car Show & Mega Mixer and Government Advisory Committee. Together, these commitments represent more than 270 volunteer hours annually dedicated to strengthening local organizations, supporting regional growth and serving the community.
Youth and Education
Moss Bros. is committed to helping local students and youth organizations build stronger futures. Through our Community Car Wash Program, schools, clubs and sports teams throughout the Inland Empire receive the location, platform and tools needed to host successful fundraising events.
We also partner with the LAUNCH Apprenticeship Program to introduce Moreno Valley high school students to career opportunities in the automotive industry. During a recent visit to Moss Bros. Toyota, students toured the dealership and received hands-on career guidance and mentorship from Toyota Master Technician Mike McEntee and Moss Bros. Vice President G.L. Moss.
Moss Bros. is also proud to partner with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Redlands-Riverside to support programs that help young people build confidence, develop leadership skills and access positive opportunities outside the classroom.
Our youth and education partnerships also include local school districts, Moreno Valley College, Inland Empire Scouting organizations and Special Olympics Southern California.
Community Safety
Moss Bros. supports the people and organizations working to keep Inland Empire families safe, healthy and prepared. Our community involvement has included partnerships with the American Red Cross, local blood drives and events with the Moreno Valley Sheriff's Station that bring law enforcement and families together in a positive, welcoming environment.
We are also proud to recognize local firefighters, police officers, emergency medical personnel, 911 dispatchers and healthcare professionals for the essential roles they play in protecting and caring for our communities.
Our public safety relationships include the Riverside County Sheriff's Office, San Bernardino Police Department. San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, California Highway Patrol offices in Riverside and San Bernardino and CAL Fire.
Families in Need
Moss Bros. is committed to supporting Inland Empire families during times of need. Through partnerships with organizations such as Loma Linda University Children's Hospital Foundation, Riverside University Health System Foundation, the American Cancer Society, local food banks and the Salvation Army, we help provide essential resources, comfort and hope to children and families throughout our community. From collecting food and holiday gifts to supporting lifesaving pediatric care, we are proud to stand behind organizations that make a meaningful difference for local families.
