Within the Inland Empire, the Hispanic Community has been an influential force that continues to grow and shine through everyday life, regardless of one's heritage. The Hispanic culture and people as a whole, has been undeniably influential in shaping the way we do things. From the workforce to the marketplace, the growth shows no ceiling for this inspiring demographic. For so long, many within the Hispanic Community have found themselves battling the line between assimilation and authenticity. This need for change served as the foundation for The Hispanic Motor Press, a Los Angeles based non-profit organization, that serves as a bridge between the Hispanic Community and vehicle manufacturers. This 501(c)3 educates both sides of the bridge and empowers the natural way that they think. The Hispanic Motor Press aims to educate the Hispanic Community on clean and affordable mobility that reduces greenhouse emissions and improves our air quality. They put emphasis on the long term benefits of clean transportation, but it is done in a way that is catered to this growing community specifically.

"We provide objective and practical information to the Hispanic Community so that they can select which clean vehicle would fit best for their needs. We include all sectors of transportation (commercial vehicles, cars, motorcycles). We work with industry leaders and regulators to share programs that improve motor vehicle technology and encourage technology innovation."

More recently, The Hispanic Motor Press held an awards show, honoring the top performers from multiple manufacturers across multiple categories. The 10th annual HMPA recognized the twelve best new vehicles of 2020 for Hispanic consumers based on styling, driving satisfaction, technology, safety, environmental impact, mechanical reliability and overall value.
